Every time I argue with my husband…

I just regret every time I argue with my husband.  I feel unable to stop retaliating against being yelled at by yelling louder; yet, after, I always regret that I’m unable to restrain myself.

    i’m right there with you. i always regret the argument after the fact, but can’t seem to stop it. i regret that we ever got married. mostly, i regret that i’m stuck because God hates divorce.
