My very existence reminds you that you cheated….
I regret leading our marriage to your affair. I gave up and you found comfort in her. And you can’t forgive yourself. I regret that my very existence reminds you that you cheated. That you were “that guy.”

I have a friend in a similar circumstance. This can be gotten through if there’s love and the will to work; if not, let go, move on, find new ways and new days.

You do not say if you ever went for marriage counselling, both you and your husband certainly needed that help, you could have tried sorting things out with professional help,if he cheated it was his choice,we all have choices,it was the road he chose to take,do not take the blame all on yourself,he could have decided to work things out differently, don’t let him make YOU feel guilty for him cheating on you.
