There are many things i&#8217;ve not done in the past that caused difficulties in the present and future. Perhaps i must learn to let go of the past and look forward to the future. There are many feelings, thoughts and emotions that are suppressed. Many secrets that are kept within&#8230; The biggest regret i have is not being able to take care of myself when i was younger. Thus, anger and frustrations built up over the years and now it\u2019s hard to shake them off. I asked myself, do i want to carry on living in the past? Why is past so important to me that i keep holding on? Holding on to the past only makes me more miserable and the people around me suffer too.
