That must have hurt. I&#8217;m sure i actually could have loved you in the way you wanted me to. I regret my actions. No wonder you always snapped at me after that. After someone joked we should get married and all i said was &#8220;Oh no&#8230;he&#8217;s like my brother&#8221;. For this i am truly sorry Isaac, truly. The unfathomable irony is that, at that time and even now, all i&#8217;ve ever wanted was for someone to love me. I regret you didn&#8217;t feel able to say what you felt, and if i hindered that expression then i apologize. There will always be love there in our friendship.
